Responsibilities:
• Establishing a productive relationships with the assigned strategic accounts.
• Acting as a focal point between company strategic accounts and various internal departments.
• Responsible for the development of sales achievement through each account/channel.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing business, together with generating new business.
• Preparing feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
• Maximizing revenues and achieving Month Over Month increase.
• Launch/expand new channels and points of sales for the assigned accounts.
• Identifying new Business development solutions.
• Performance management and development decisions.
• Handling all commercial activities related to accounts development such as marketing campaigns, incentive programs, acknowledgement trainings, etc.
• Prepare presentations and attend clients’ meetings.
• Regularly follow up on accounts needs and respond to their inquiries.
Core Functions:
• Sign new annexes related to new projects.
• Activate new services regularly on assigned accounts.
• Follow up on the daily cash flow in/out.
• Supervising channels complaints handling by operation teams.
• Conducting regularly meetings to enforce commercial relationship.
• Monitoring the handling of daily cash disputes.
• Conducting regularly field visits to sales channels when needed.
• Managing customers complaints coming from assigned accounts.
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- Working as a Corporate Sales Executive Direct account manager.
- To increase Market Share & Revenue Share in existing and new accounts.
- To Satisfy & Delight Existing Customers.
- Ensure Business Quality while maintaining efficient.
- Effective Operation Management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
- Maintains excellent knowledge of products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate account's needs.
- Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customer's requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor.
- Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment’s updates to highlight business opportunities.
- Develop Sales forecasts, pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.
- Develops programs to drive sales across assigned territories, segments based on sold marketing research.
- Increase Corporate Sales customer's base and explore potential business opportunities vertically and horizontally.
- Increase subs base & revenues.
- Achieve monthly targets by closing profitable deals with key accounts.
- Conducts regular visits to key corporate accounts to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Provides necessary field training and enhance career development to ensure reaching the needed quality.
- Monitors and develops my performance to ensure high productivity.
- Achieve the agreed individual sales targets ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with customers
- Promote bank retail products and services to potential customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
- To assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volumes
- To ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free
- To follow up for Document discrepancies which have been approved as Deferrals
- Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re-submission if any.
- To provide ongoing customer / market feedback to Team Leader to improve business.
