Amoung duties:
Check properties and conduct tests of all incoming raw material, finished products and systems.
Prepare technical reports and specifications for processes, products and tests.
Advise production and warehouse departments regarding any modifications upon the processes or products
and the right storage conditions.
Prepare full study regarding alternative raw materials from different suppliers.
Operating a pilot reactor as a simulation step to produce new products.
Dealing with (Lean ERP) system to enter and monitor technical information, tests results and delivery orders.
Assist in reducing idle stock.
Operations and Logistics
Performing project surveying in the 6th of October industrial city related to the IWEX project on different wastes streams and classifications.
a small course on aspen hysis and various information about how the work is being done
overview in the plant layout, the various processes steps and the mechanical equipments
learning the PFD's of the plant and the work of control room and following up a work in a related well
Overall grade is good Graduation project grade is excellent
