• Buying and selling of foreign currencies.
• Monitors daily market rate and decide the buying and selling rate for each currency to attract new customers, retain existing customers and ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
• Monitors rate and on-line tool to forecast currency rate to avoid possible losses and ensure maximum profit.
• Attends to all telephone calls from internal and external customers.
• Provides Demand Drafts, Telex Transfers, Western Union Send and receive, Credit Card payments, National Bonds applications, Cash Advancements and other on-line remittances
• Ensuring that local and foreign currency cash are readily available for branch operations
• Train new staffs and supervise them as needed
• Maintain higher standards in customer care
• Amends transactions as required
