• Responsible for client and end user satisfaction.
• Manage the Quality assurance & Quality Control Teams
• Create and support in create the processes and procedures according to the national & international standards
• Analyze the outcome of the audits in order to take the corrective action
• Set the priority processes to take the corrective actions
• Communicate with the clients when needed
• Communicate the performance reports to all concerned parties
• Follow with all departments to ensure the right implementation of the processes

• Set and review the targets of all the performance metrics.
