"Implement annual business plans through research and requirements analysis. Optimize and align HR strategies entailing policies & practices in areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and training.
Focus on activities related to talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, management reporting and employee engagement activities.
Led Human Resources Management pertaining to activities related to employee benefits, employee relations, HR management reports and other related factors.
Developed/ maintained productive business relationship with sourcing channels and ensured launch of effective job advertisements.

Devise creative, cost-effective incentives & morale-boosting programs to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. Monitor performance of multi-skilled workforce and develop an appropriate reward and recognition system.
Build rapport and motivate resources at all levels in order to expand their capabilities to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.

Achievements & Milestones:

Introduced several programs for employee welfare and employee engagement that had excellent impact on the staff morale eventually leading to HR team implementing the programs on a wide scale basis.
Formulated a new off boarding forms that facilitate and improve our off boarding process.
Unanimously selected to train the Human Resources Manager of Egypt branch on policy and procedures and best practices of different HR functions.
Conducted employee engagement survey along with the HR Director for our branch in Oman, came up with business action plan and followed up on its execution.
Played a stellar role and successfully introduced:
New concept in policy and procedures training and refreshers which had a great impact on policy and procedures awareness among employees.
Fresh professional concept of specialization for the Human Resources function to our CEO and Board of Directors which was highly appreciated and accepted.
Innovative recruitment concept based on the most updated best practice, which is more efficient and was highly appreciated by the whole HR team.
