Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation

this Job I’m performing the following
o Monitoring, Managing, and solving the operational issues with the Transight POS program for more than 25 branches in saudi arabia, Dubai and Egypt .
o Technical support for every IT Issue and make solutions .
o Performing capacity planning and network upgrades.
o Planning and Performing the Change managements to perform software, hardware, design changes with the network elements.
o Coordinate with Vendors for critical situations, resolve hardware and software bugs. new solutions .
Troubleshoot Network & Devices Problems (Switches, Routers, Servers) .
o Deploying Security policies & software configuration
o Manage & Backup Servers.
Building a monitor and control system (smart city /smart grid solution)
for MAKKAH electric network .
o planning, implementation, supervising technical configuration .
o commissioning sensors and electronic devices to smart servers .
o install panels and configure smart servers to receive raw data of the
electric network that can be displayed on a web based system .
In this job I learned to maintain professional level of communication
with customers and vendors, to configure and test the devices used in
supporting provided services (internet-L3&L2 VPN) in pops and
customer sites including Cisco Routers and switches, DSLAMS, and
different types of L3, L2, L1 modems, supporting different types of
transfer media including Ethernet copper and fiber, local loops and 3G.
In these jobs I learned how to Identify, research, troubleshoot and
resolve technical problems that customers may encounter through
communication with ADSL customers Escalating to appropriate
next level team.
Troubleshot and resolved internet connectivity and general software and
hardware issues.
o Worked closely with QA to develop use cases, review test cases and
track feature bugs.
