• Handling first class customers, angry customers and escalations from reps.
• Preparing and conducting briefings for Shop staff.
• Preparing leave requests and Schedule for the staff.
• Paper work revision and paper work filling.
• Daily checking of shop condition and reporting and follow up maintenance of the shop.
• Maximizing sales by encouraging reps. in different ways.
• Closing shifts.
• Handling all administrative issues in the branch.
• Conducting corrective actions towards mishandled issues.
• Reviewing sales achievements vs. targets and help in planning strategies to achieve targets.
