Present Project Responsibilities & Relative Activities
• Handling the MEP -- Projects as a Draughting Design Engineer to leading coordination with Team of Draughtsman, Site Engineer & Supervisors diverse projects - Industrial Constructions, Multi- Storied Buildings, Commercial Complexes, Residential Complexes and Palace.
• Liaise with Main contractors, Consultants, Architects, Project Managements, Internal departments & Develop MECHANICAL (HVAC & PLUMBING) concept and combine it with architectural drawings and firm up working drawings as per the SMACNA & ASHRAE.
• Skilled and experienced in Progress planning & monitoring.
• Preparation of HVAC & CHW Piping shop drawings as per Contract documents.
• Designing & Selection of the Air Outlets (Diffuser, Grills & Registers.
• Designing & Selection of the Duct & Plenum Box.
• Designing the Chilled Water Pipe.
• Preparation of Water Supply & Drainage shop drawings as per Contract documents.
• Preparation of MEP Builder's work (Slab/ Wall opening & Foundation) Drawings.
• Preparation of Mechanical Shop Drawings & MEP Co-ordination Drawings.
• Preparation of Plant room Drawings.
• Preparation of Water Supply, CHW Piping & Ventilation Schematic layouts.
• Preparation of Sewerage network drawings as per network layout.
• Drawing submission & follow-up with consultant for approval.
• Preparation of MECHANICAL As-Built Drawings.
• Analyzing and modifying the services with relevant to site requirement.
