Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning.
Organizing routine servicing schedules.
Preparation of all program schedules.
Leading a team of engineers for successful completion of the project.
Site coordination with inter departments clients/owner, consultant.
Timely and successful implementation of project targets and values, achievements as the pre planned program.
Project planning and management from inception (design) to testing and commissioning
Liaison with clients, consultants and local authority for effective implementation of project activities to the highest standards and to the utmost satisfaction of the management.
Monitoring program, shop drawing and material submittals.
Review and approval of designs, drawings, standard and specifications, B.O.Q s, work.
Liaison with other depts. and local authorities (Electricity and Water authority,

-Coordinating with the Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Consultants, and Subcontractors for E&M Over ground Stations.
-Reviewed E&M, Architectural, Structural Drawings and Specifications.
- Site Inspection and Monitoring of E&M over ground Metro-rail Station.
- Coordinating the daily activities of project staff, construction trades and subcontractors, and taking corrective action to keep the project on time for all the following systems
