• Responsible for preparing Annual financial statements according to Egyptian Accounting Standard along with the Monthly Reporting Package according to IFRS to Headquarters .

reconciliations, check runs, Letter of Guaranties, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, Insurance file, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Monitoring the compliance with rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with External Auditors.
• Coordinate with the Tax Authority along with Tax Consultant.
• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
• Determine the compliance of transaction with minutes of meeting of the Board.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations.
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

• Monitor and review the financial progress and take necessary actions for correction each month through the Controlling Module in SAP, before handling the month end closing Activities.
• Prepare and Run the Industrial Cost each month in SAP depending on the Latest Estimates and handling all the costing view and activities for Co Module.
• Prepare the required Cost Analysis and Reports for Anti Dumping Cases; attend the discussion with the Inspectors at these cases.
• Supplying the Marketing Dept. by analytical reports like Profit per day, Contribution Margin Report, Standard and Actual variable cost for Pricing Purposes.
• Prepare all Presentations required for the Monthly Performance Review meeting with top Management, the Chairman meeting, Business Director Review meeting and the Board of directors.
• Prepare the Interunit Report to measure the performance and exceptions for the factory.
