7. Communicate with the planning department to develop a weekly production plan, distribute production, and manage manpower accordingly
8. Follow-up daily production plan and faults. Set and implement weekly maintenance plan
9. Continuously improve the process, develop the labor and machines, reduce cost, and increase productivity.
10. Ensure that all activities are monitored. Do compliance audits and inspections for effective implementation of regulatory standards
11. Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed project parameters (cost, timeline, scope, and quality), standards and objectives.
1. Monitor process variables and notice if any abnormality
2. Analyze the reading and discuss with the supervisor
3. Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all jobs
4. Follow emergency procedures
5. Do grade transitions with minimum off spec.
6. Start up and shut down the plant safely
7. Lead outdoor operators for different field activities
8. Trace product quality during different production steps
9. Train new panel operators
