1.Following up the Installation of 8 turbine according to GE Procedure.
2.Following up the installation of the skids(Auxiliaries) and Handover with the Client.
3.Following up all Piping (on - off base) Construction on the Site Accordant to the Welding Procedure and Checking fit- up of the Joints Before Start Welding.
4.Coordinate with the Client for all walk down for all systems
5.Responsible of Finalize the Hydraulic Test Package and Preparing the Test in Site and Handover with the Client.
6.Responsible for Applying the Cleaning Procedure for the Systems Required.
7.Visual Inspection of Joints after Welding.
8.Coordinate with the NDT & PWHT Subcontractors and Trace the Results.
9.Review all NDT Reports.
10.Responsible of Finalize all Systems Turnover Package (TOP) and Handover with the Client.
11.Follow up and Hand over the Punch List Items.
1. Checking fit- up of the joints before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing and WPS.
2. Checking welder facilities and tools (quiver, grinder wheel (brush type) and color code) electrode type, size & record of heat number.
3. Visual inspection of joints after welding.
4. Coordinate with the NDT & PWHT subcontractors and trace the results.
5. Review all NDT reports.
6. Follow up and hand over the punch list items.
7. Review of final insulation documents (I T P).
8. Reporting all the insulation activity status to construction manager.
9. Review the procedure that would be required for specified jop code and specification requirements.

Q.C. & WELDING INSPECTION ENGINEER FAMILIAR WITH THE MOST USED CODES AND STANDADS ( AWS, & ASME ). CERTIFIDE WELDING INSPECTOR (CWI) No: 11042121 WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN NDE WITH CERTIFIED ASNT LEVEL II IN: 1- LIQUID PENETRANT TEST , 2-MAGNATIC TEST. 3-RADIOGRAPHIC TEST. 4 -VISUAL TEST
