Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Dealing with international & local suppliers for order requirements.
• Coordination and planning with the sales force for reaching the target.
• Coordinating the sales and distribution force.
• Planning and executing new sales and promotion strategies.
• Dealing with customers to maintain the current sales and cooperate with them to escalate further sales.
• Assisting the restaurant and coffee shop companies in setting up their new outlet and joint promotional activities.
• Complete cost analysis for new and existing products.
• Plays a role of a bridge between the sales & distribution force and management, in order to meet the management’s requirements.

• Preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements.
• Maintaining and follow up on receivables.
• Preparation and processing on payables.
• Monitoring all the divisions to follow the procedure in purchase and sales as per Finance department’s requirement.
• Monitoring daily collections and deposits as per the sales and collections report.
• Preparation of payroll.
• Preparation of customs compliance report in accordance with the supply agreement.
