Education Consultant•Manager
I was fortunate to inherit Mohamed as a member of the Foundation English Language teaching staff. I have found Mohamed to be a willing staff member giving of his time willingly to assist colleagues and students. He is well respected by staff members, his teaching colleagues and his students. I have enjoyed several lessons that Mohamed has delivered in my capacity as his line manager during performance management observations. Mohamed was one of only a select few that always obtained Outstanding on his report. His lessons were always well planned, professionally delivered with a high level of proficiency. Students were always engaged and thankful for being a part of his lessons. Mohamed constantly reflects on his role and how he can improve his efficacy in the classroom and as a professional overall. I have enjoyed having Mohamed on staff, not only for his professionalism but also his friendly and open demeanour and intelligent and thoughtful comments. Mohamed is a deep thinker and clearly one of a rare group of very talented educators. I would have no hesitation in employing Mohamed again anywhere in the world and indeed I would seek him out if I had a position vacant and see if Icould entice him to work with me again.
