Manage SAP team to Support SAP for Kazyon through:
• Responsible for the daily management, support, and maintenance of the core business applications
• Manage the delivery of application enhancement programs.
• Manage SAP enhancement programs and or projects as decided by Group Head of IT
• To be the key driver of the use of business applications throughout group

Manage SAP team to implement and Support SAP for:

trade & distribution (FMCG), Metro Market (Retail) and UPS (Delivery) through:

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Collaborate closely with business to understand their business, functional, technical, and implementation requirements.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Project Management:

• Manage and execute software development projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Analyze and develop procedures for the management and technical duties.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor the project deliverables assigned to the team.
• Maintaining project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.

• Technical expertise in end to end configuration of sales and supply chain processes in SAP SD, MM modules
• SAP configuration of SD module / and cross modules integration (LES /MM / FI/ CO) for End to End business processes
• perform periodic, support related configuration tasks in SAP number range maintenance, financial calendars, year-end processing etc

• Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP SD area based on user requirements analysis
• Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP SD application according to the functional and technical requirements
• Understand SAPs master data integrity, information flow processes, landscape architecture especially in solution like S/4 HANA

• The consultant will assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP SD & MM modules

• Work closely with relevant business functions across all SAP Global sites to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities and system needs

Support on-going SAP system vitality program

• Documentation of new business processes and SAP functionality/solutions
• Provide Second level support of SAP systems.
• Coordination with project team stakeholders, business and SAP functional/technical resources
• innovative and providing quick solutions to business
• have basic knowledge about ABAP and workflow management
• Be a hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
• Demonstrate functional expertise in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Processes to advise business users on - Fit to Standards- Out of the Box- solutions
• have good knowledge on support activities
• Implemented Hand Held application (SalesBuzz) with complete integration with SAP.
