• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering building services and retrofit projects across the free-zone portfolio, ensuring projects were completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Led and coaches a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and supervisors, allocating resources, developing competencies and enforcing quality, safety and operational standards to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Manage contractor selection, mobilization and on-site performance (MEP and specialist subcontractors), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs and timely closure of defects.
• Review and approve the Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RAMS) and related procedures prior to execution, ensuring alignment with HSE policies, statutory requirements and project-specific risks.

• Develope and manage a KPI-driven preventive and reactive maintenance program using CAFM/CMMS, ensuring effective asset tracking, work order closure and audit-ready documentation.
• Interprete design specifications and technical drawings (MEP/HVAC) to support commissioning, troubleshooting, modifications and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Oversaw utility interfaces, shutdown planning and emergency response coordination to minimize operational disruption within the free zone environment.
• Implemente reliability improvement and corrective action plans to reduce downtime, improve system performance and optimize asset lifecycle costs.
• Prepare and control maintenance budgets, monitored costs and produced detailed monthly performance, KPI and compliance reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, permit-to-work systems and contractor safety plans, conducting regular
inspections, audits and toolbox talks.

● Evaluate and oversee the contract management for all electrical related aspects, to ensure clarity of scope, requirements, deliverables and timing in line with facilities management strategy and objectives
● Conduct periodic briefings with on-site team/ contractors to follow-up and report on the progress in order to anticipate any possible delays and initiate corrective action to avoid delays
● Random inspection of the workplace for potential hazards, assess the risks and report potential injuries, accidents and
hazards.
● Review the evaluation of facility management services tender returns to ensure full compliance with all specifications.
● Launch a hand-over and take-over protocol from all contractors to Facility management by following and preparing the snags reports.
● Evaluate operational audits and management reviews against SLAs and KPIs.
● Liaise and attend meetings with contractors, consultants, and other key personnel to solve electrical technical issues and other related matters.
● Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials, Estimate material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
● Inspect the site and raise service requests for any issues that service provider requires immediate action.
● Interface directly with community stakeholders, land owners, and legal representatives to coordinate all issues resolution and bring building and authorities certificate renewal to a successful completion.
● Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes ans standards.
● Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for all school assets with up-to-date condition of each system/equipment.
