Maintain up-to-date billing system for CISA (Geneva + Egypt) accounts receivables/payables . Follow up on collection and allocate receipts/payments.
•Perform account receivable reconciliations. Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
•Generate age analysis & review AR/AP aging to ensure compliance.
•Maintain bank accounts.
•Account / Bank reconciliations.
•Bank interest / commissions calculations and recording.
•Record and process employees travel expense reports.
•Support the month end close process.
•Maintain the general ledger operations.
•Monthly MIS for manager & stake holders. Reporting variances Actuals vs. Budget.
•Coordinate auditors for SOX audit.
PREVIOUS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create and maintain master data for customer & vendor
•Dealing with derivatives; allocation and pricing of client’s futures and option contracts
•Generating of healthcare invoices of Doctors, HCP and pharmacies as per the cost structure
•Managing telecommunications expenses and send payroll team for deduction
