Account management through working across a broad portfolio of Healthcare IT solutions for the hospital departments that are critical for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
These departments include cardiology; radiology; pathology; operating theatres, L&D, and critical care wards.
Deliver and educate GE Healthcare IT passion about software-enabled solutions that help our clients achieve enhanced outcomes as, Clinical quality, Operational efficiency and financial performance.
Primary GE Healthcare IT commercial lead for all accounts within a given geography (West & South of Saudi Arabia) and deliver external focus to all account management functions to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key buying influences in each account. These buying influences will vary from department level (consultants, leading nurses, systems managers, IT) to board member level (Medical Director, CFO, CIO and CEO).
Leverage these client relationships, knowledge of GE healthcare systems and GE products to architect value propositions that are outcome based rather than technology focused.
Create and execute an account territory plan to meet and exceed annual sales targets. These targets include order volume; profitability; account penetration and market share.
Provide local support for marketing activities such as case studies, Conferences, events and user group meetings. And work in partnership with the Applications team to manage any GE reference sites in their territory
Owning and working with the ITO teams on the Service transition phase between the Delivery Team and Service Management: work with the customer to proactively plan a smooth transition from Delivery into Service; and meet the customer prior to go live to plan transition and ensure quality communications with the Service Desk to facilitate the support of new products etc.
Have Professional experience selling all GE portfolios from Radiology to acute healthcare systems.
Have a Strong executive presence and a high degree of professionalism Experience and high comfort level engaging with hospital and company employees of all levels.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly.
Traveling up to 80% including international travel for activities such as site visits and training courses.
Ensure first class commercial and operational execution of HCIT Commercial and service contracts and support the professional services team on contracts, install base & project backlog to drive opportunities, & enable Increasing our market share.
Partner with field teams, sales, services, finance, OTR and more to drive a process culture, Commercial data quality and in our tools & systems, and excellent operational efficiency and to study market more efficiently.
Good understanding of the typical operational/ clinical/ financial and cultural challenges faced by healthcare providers operating within the Middle East environment.
Experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, project management, or process improvement.
Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
Have proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
Have Negotiation skills/experience
Proven project management experience in complex environments
Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of consolidated projects
Ability to manage all aspects of customer commercial, Customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments
Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external)

Train SitAcq teams in all aspects of Motorola and government permission, process and procedure for site acquisition and permits.
Leading the SAS (site acquisition subs) in there searching for the nearest available sites of the nominal giving by the RF engineers to

Review and approve site candidates prior to submission to the client from leasing and RF point of view.

Having position as team leader engineer of 3 subcontractors after nine month work period.
Over more than 150 sites (towers) installed in two phases for three subs, (permitted and approved by Motorola, hence by zain).
Work in different cities and install sites in (Riyadh, Khobar, Dammam, Kafji, Hafer al baten, Rafha, Arar, Skakkah, ), Succeed in the acquisition fleet management in each city.
