• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Studying the competitor ranges technically and financially to support the negotiations process;
• Developing relations with the distributors and agents to manage the sales process;
• Acting as a role model for junior staff by setting high standards through personal behaviour and actions.
