• Implement the financial and accounting procedures adopted in the Office.
• Control all documents issued and received to the Accounting Department, and ensure that they are correct and contain the necessary signatures.
• Review and approve the bonds before being registered in the concerned accounts.
• Checking the monthly salaries and wages, and ensuring that the additions and discounts are properly calculated on the employee and customer dues, and making any adjustments in the status of the employees and working on their computer files.
• Supervise the issuance of the bonds and prepare the checks related thereto, after verifying the authenticity of the attached documents and following up obtaining the necessary signatures on the checks in accordance with the authorities in force.
• Propose the development of the general financial policies of the Office and submit them to the Director for approval.
• Maintain a complete copy of the financial and accounting system applied in the Office and develop it according to the circumstances and needs of the Office and submit it to the Director General for approval and approval.
• Issuing company licenses, business license and commercial activity from the Department of Economic Development, issuing employees' residences including work contracts and insurance, in direct dealings with all government departments and the immigrations.
• To communicate on behalf of the Office with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, etc., and resolve issues related to the Office's finances, such as the problems of opening accounts, granting facilities or opening documentary credits.
• Review contracts and all obligations before concluding them with others to determine their financial impact on the Office and make observations thereon.
