• PP Production Planning / Supply Chain
Implementation of the standard functionality of the PP module. Well versed with Discrete, Repetitive & Process Manufacturing scenarios (PP-PI) Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order environment. Work experience includes the following PP sub-modules: SOP, LTP, Capacity Planning Demand Management, MRP, (Planning, Planned Orders, Evaluations ), Shop floor Control, Production Orders, Process Orders, and configuration of PP Master Data including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Resources, Routing, Recipe and Production Versions
Other areas: Inter-Plant Planning, Process manufacturing, Internal Sub-Contracting, External Sub-Contracting, Loan License Manufacturing, . Duties performed included analyzing business requirements, carrying out fit-gap analysis, process design, customization, and resolution of bugs with OSS and ABAP programmers’ preparation and presentation of new concepts and solutions to senior management. Proven systems design and development experience. Demonstrated application integration and interface design. An ability to design a custom process along with traditional configurations.

Project included Harmonization of all the business processes of all the sectors running in Mahindra & Mahindra group companies and to map these in single server. Currently M&M had various landscapes for various sectors. Now all Companies are under one single server/ platform. The target was to sell from Sept 2008 on the adapted solution in the European market
