• Prepare Monthly Financial statements (Balance
sheet, income statement, cash flow)
 Prepare Cash flow projection and control it daily with treasury movement.
 Forecast the budget for the next month.
 Receive all invoices from Procurement Manager & vendors to review it before entries and maintain accounts payable and issue the payments with payment terms.
 Follow up the trail balance and all accounts in trial "vendors, customers, cash, banks, inventory, Taxes …..etec "
 Review the payroll after preparation & sending from HR Department and transferee salaries & allowances.
 Review all final settlement for all employees resigned or terminated before releasing.
 Receive POs and GRNs from customers to issue the sales invoices for our customer and report it to management weekly.
 Control on the material movement, report the consumed material to management monthly and prepare the inventory cost flow monthly on system.
 Follow up all Governmental duties "Sales Tax, Salaries Tax, Withholding Tax, Emergency Labor Box and social insurance" and prepare all forms and documents needed.
 Review Main treasury, Sub treasury, Notes Payable, Bank Adjustment and withholding tax debit or credit Module after entries.
 Coordinate with external audit team for periodically reviewing, auditing the financial statements and audit report.
BEFORE
 Audit all kind of companies and checking the reliability and accuracy of the accounting records.
 Prepare all financial statements for all companies audited (Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow, and change in shareholders' equity) in accordance with accounting standards.
 Prepare the tax return.
 Execute and preparation all monthly Payroll sheets & calculate salary tax and social insurance, in additional to the examination and adjustments to the annual tax purpose.
 Record the company daily transaction in accounting software according to the general accounting principles & auditing accounting.
 Registers in the legal books, closed monthly accounts and posted to subsidiary ledgers and preparation the trail balance of final accounts and financial statements in accordance with Egyptian accounting & auditing standard in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
 Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledger, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses and insurance records.
 Assessing and testing the internal control environment and reporting weakness to client's management after annual auditing.
 Preparing all documents for tax inspect (sales tax, payroll tax and income tax….etc.) & perform much of tax inspections.
 Establishing companies (All kinds) & know the rules of procedures of the Foreign Firm Branches and Representative Offices and Establishing Non - Profit Organizations.
 Take all the legal procedures for opening files of social security for employers, employees and all the amendments added to the preparation of individual employment contracts for workers, and to end the working relationship of individuals and raise them from the office of his insurance company's headquarters.
 Liquidation companies (All kind) from completing the legal form to put the firm under dissolution up to erasing the firm name from the commercial register.
