Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to a long-term financial and strategic plan

Managing a team of Financial and Business Analysts
Establish and Monitor Financial Systems: Accounting managers create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems within their organizations. They collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information to document firms' financial performance and position companies to make well-informed financial decisions.
Establish and preparing the accounts department in the company’s branches in BAHRAIN and OMAN. This includes preparing all accounting operations on the company’s system, preparing accounting procedures, and training accountants from the beginning of work until preparing accounting reports for senior management on the company’s .
