• Maintaining high quality work environment, fully implementing the initiative of the Head Teacher and keeping records of pupils, teachers and parents.
• Be a strong advocate for change and champion school improvement. Responsible for admission, checking class registers, cash book, Teachers’ attendance register, accounts of various fees and overall monitoring.
• Make sure all financial statements and tables are correct and precise.
• Assist in Budget preparation.
• Compute all staff related benefits and other allowances.
• Analyze income and expenditures on a day-to-day basis
• Process and verify data of general ledger accounts.
• Convey a positive ‘Can do’ attitude, motivate and inspire staff and present a positive ‘united front’ to secure successful outcomes of school initiatives.
• Demonstrates communication and interpersonal skills, teachers, administrators, school community and other school personalities
• Manage all staff and to provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues.
• Management of all school policies including the behavior and conducts of pupils.
• Act as adviser to the School Board and to participate in the Recruitment, Promotion and Appointment of the staff of the school.
• To promote the continued professional development of all staff and to ensure that all staff has an annual review of their development needs.
• Supervise the effective and efficient implementation of the educational programmes in compliance with Government Regulations.
• Participate in the formulation of changing of policies and administrative regulations relates to the operations of the school.
• Prepare monthly payroll and calculate subscription of NASSIT Dues etc.
• Manage and Monitor Internal Controls.
• Maintain all the necessary reporting to the banks and backup.
• System reports.
