As part of the Consulting & Systems Integration CSI MEA organization in NSN Services BU. Primarily responsible for delivering customized SW solutions to our customers that build upon or complement the NSN product portfolio. As well, it is responsible for managing test bed environments for CSI MEA as well as any of the generic Quality Assurance processes for systems delivery.
Some of my achievements:
• Worked in many Charging mediation solutions as (R4 to R99, PC ASN.1 conversion)
• Designed and Developed a Black Berry Lawful Interceptor Solution.
• Designed and Developed an Ericsson IN Mediator from Gy interface to Charging SCAP as part of Policy Control Solution for 3g broadband and ADSL subscribers.
• Developed a Gift voucher solution on-top of a provisioning Workflows and connectors for NSN Serve @once Activation Manager (SAAM) provisioning Gateway.
• Developed, maintained and delivered a Charging Mediation Workflow for mapping R99 Core Network (SGSN, GGSN) CDR to R4 IN.
• Worked for Six months with NSN STC delivery team and successfully delivered an Audio Teleconferencing application using IVR, Call Me Back, Push to talk Over Culler (POC), new My-Email portal.
• Guided the Delivery team through taking critical decisions for application configuring, deployment and testing for several releases and successfully signing off Business Acceptance (BAT).
• Responsible for MMS, PoC, IVR applications/Systems/network and developing new changes in-addition to reporting/tracking bugs to development teams and 3rd parties till it get resolved.
• Participated in Developing an MMS Screening solution for STC based on a Ericsson Policy server.
• Developed new versions of STC Push-To-Talk Over Cellular (POC) service that communicates with STC EAI.
• Customized STC My E-M@il internet portal with STC new campaign.
• Participated in Developing the STC Audio Teleconferencing application based on an IVR system.
• Participated in customizing NSN Application Gate Way (AWG) for STC.

• Project overview: Vodafone is a strong international brand and a reliable supplier of mobile communications. The strong customer orientation, which excited by thinking differently, innovation and ease of use, resulting in Vodafone products and services.
• Contribution: Participating in evolving many of the new demanded changes by Vodafone internet Portal campaign in a needed-yesterday style using the most Agile development methodologies and helped to reserve Vodafone leadership position within the Netherland telecomm operators.
• Technology and methodologies used:
o Agile, continues integration tools: Hudson, Fitness, Maven2
o Java 5, WEB 2.0, Struts 1.2, JAXB / Castor, SOAP, ANT, JDBC, Apache FOP, SMTP, Java script, HTML, XML.

 Project overview: ABN AMRO Intranets is a projects umbrella that holds 7 internal and external sites:
1. Wholesale Clients (WCS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Is the main bank intranet page and is serving over 20, 000 ABN AMRO employees as well as the broader community of 160, 000 ABN employees worldwide.
2. www.ABNAMRO.com which is the main ABN AMRO internet site.
3. Global networks Business Unit (GNBU) a WCS like application
4. Wholesale intranet and internet global and specific country site. Called also Cooperate and Institutional Client (C&IC).
5. ABN AMRO Access online intranet site. The main helper site for bank traders.
6. ABN AMRO TBG (Transaction Banking Group)
7. New York Documentum (USDM).

 All the sites were managed using TeamSite 6.5 Content Management System (CMS).

 Contribution:
 Managed to a play successfully role of a team leader and a senior technical for the project starting from March 2007.
 WCS, evolved and participated in many releases. My main effort was in the front end J2ee web application in addition to CMS developing and configuration.
 Participated in the GNBU evolution to the new site.
 Access Online, traveled to Holland to develop and upgrade it to be managed and maintained by TeamSite and hosted on IBM web sphere portal.
 Developed and implemented the TeamSite content templates for TBG.
 Created and applied many test scripts deferent projects technology.
 Technology and methodologies used: J2EE using NetBeans IDE 4.0 and ORACLE J Developer 10, Eclipse, Jakarta Tomcat 5.0.19, Jboss, web logic, struts, java scripts, Perl scripts, Interwoven TeamSite CMS 6.1, 6.2, 6.5 and Oracle 9i database engine.
