PHASE-I RF - Assurance & Service Delivery

• Presently working as L1-Engineer at Wipro Info tech.
• Responsible for all technical issues concerning the Leased lines of Vodafone network.
• Providing assurance to the network for all commissioned MPLS links to the customers.
• Guiding the Field engineers for RF link down and network related issues
• Checking the media with respect to the Equipment(Multi-Vendor) being used in Transmission Path.
• Circuit provisioning & Trouble shooting in SDH/PDH Media for RF Links.
• Initiating stability requests for the commissioned links for ensuring proper RSSI Levels.
• Responding to Levels of incident or request treatment related to priority, urgency, escalation treatment and
service level agreements (SLAs).
• Responding to the Trouble tickets and processing them with First Level of troubleshooting.
• Intended to acknowledge an incident and support tracks tickets until successfully resolved.
• Primary responsibility of ensuring a smooth network functioning with congestion and
downtime within SLA.
• Assigning Tickets to the Respective teams for major/Minor issues.
• Identifying root cause for any deviation and seek exclusion on customer related issues.
PHASE-II 3G ROLL OUT - Assurance & Service Delivery
• Providing end to end service delivery for all SBI - 3G LM circuits
• Providing Remote assistance for field engineers for 3G router commissioning.
• Checking the router configuration & ensuring the RSSI Levels, Cell status, APN, AAA Provisioning etc.
• Deals in checking the Static routing configuration in the IP routing table such as CE/PE, Gateway etc.
• Giving hand over to the customer post router commissioning
