• Hands-on with the initial stage of the project by defining project vision and goals in detail, identifying project
requirements, carrying out feasibility study, creating a project charter and developing project design.
• Exhibiting strong leadership and commitment to ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets
and timeline without compromising the quality and safety of the project.
• Applying effective risk management and mitigation activities to prevent potential issues that may negatively
impact the people, processes, technology, and resources involved in a project.
• Accountable for project scope planning, preparation of the work breakdown structure, project schedule
development, resource and procurement planning and quality criteria assessment.
• Ensuring that all best practices for project monitoring and controlling processes and activities are properly
implemented and on track by measuring performance, determining variances and implementing change
management process.
• Maintaining close liaison with clients, vendors and sub-contractors to handle and oversee all matters concerning
project management by organizing relevant meetings (i.e. pre-inspection, pre-design and kickoff meetings).
• Overseeing the progress of the projects by preparing and submitting accurate reports for clients, which outlines the
activities carried out, the challenges and concerns, the tasks completed, and the milestones reached.

• Played an integral role in overseeing all facets of project management which include implementing project execution plan,
reviewing the project schedule, coordinating all activities, monitoring progress and resolving any issue.
• Accomplished a broad range of fit-out works/activities for public areas of the Family Hotel project, including coordination
of MEP works, supervision of all finishing activities of car parks, as well as installation of passenger/service lifts, escalators
and metal doors.
• Strategically defined the project scope, project schedule, project estimation cost, project implementation strategy and
manpower loading plan in line with the specifications, requirements and expectations set by the customers.
• Coordinated closely with the Engineering and Project team to deliver high-quality projects by getting involved from project
initiation to closeout and handover to operations/client teams.
• Utilized Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems to deal with production planning, scheduling, inventory control
and internal purchase order.
• Accountable for maintaining oversight of all types of construction drawings to ensure all technical specifications of the
project are defined and communicated properly at all times.
• Led and provided comprehensive support to a highly functional team by communicating the overall strategy, business
drivers and main priorities of the project to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Managed the interface and communication processes between relevant parties on all project activities including clients,
suppliers, inspectors and involved stakeholders.
• Responsible for reviewing work schedules/plans, evaluating opportunities to enhance overall performance, optimizing
costs, maximizing the use of resources while ensuring all activities are aligned with industry and company standards.
• Performed periodic site visits and inspections to check on progress, identify existing or potential risks, implement change
management strategy and ensure that the project is proceeding safely and efficiently.

Led the successful construction of 2 buildings: Energy Center and Security Screening Facility including internal finishing, installation of the external façade, and Civil/MEP services.
