Reporting to the CEO & Chairman, Responsible for the Strategic plans, Annual Plan, Feasibilities studies of new Ventures and Oversees the monthly closing & audit requirements.
Responsible for Strategic 5 Years Plan & Annual Plan.
Responsible for Valuation of new investment and the related studies.
Oversees the Monthly Financial Statements and related disclosures.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Responsible for the monthly accounting closure & reporting and consolidation profitability of the subsidiaries companies.
Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Consolidation Financial Statements, and related notes and disclosures.
Review and manage the monthly closing process for subsidiaries as well as provide guide for any transaction process.
Responsible for monthly management reports with relevant analysis.
Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll;
Perform profitability analysis and the related variance and recommended correction action.
Review the process of internal control along with ensures compliance with group policies, standards as well as adherence with law and regulation in all aspect matters.
Monitor the performance of the collection, the status of cash flow & Bank Facilities.
Maintain all company’s portfolio, investments book keeping and analysis.
Managing investment in real estate as well as rental.
Oversee the monthly salaries and related staff provisions.
Follow up the legal issues with legal departments.
Reporting to the Business Unit Commercial Head, responsible for the monthly accounting closure & reporting, Cash Flow management of the business unit, budgeting & financial planning and variance analysis & recommended corrective actions
Develop and maintain timely and accurate Financial Statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with IFRS;
Ensuring that all accounting allocation are appropriately made and maintain the system of accounting;
Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll;
Assisting the Category Head in the future planning, feasibility studies and decision making
Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions to be on track with budget;
Monitoring the assets and enforce internal controlling and applied a segregation of duties;
Financial model optimization and continuous development;
Review petty cash, payments of suppliers & payroll;
Prepare productivity reports for all cost centers;
Prepare the annual anchor’s budget and monthly forecast update of the remaining periods of the fiscal year;
Analysis of Gross Margin and the reasons of volatility if found;
Monitor the performance of the collection and the status of cash flow;
Monitor and control Profit Centers for each categories and compare the results with budget. (Billing, Discounts, Gross Margins (Profit), Opex. & Net Margin);
Monitor performance on a line with the Budget), oversee Abyat branches in KSA. (Dammam & Riyadh)
Monitoring the inventory days, value, volume and composition to avoid any OOS or Idle investment (cash flow) situations;
Coordinate and consult with stake holders during comprehensive root cause analysis, development and implementation of action plans focused on unfavorable variances (Management by exception);
Following up and ensuring the efficiency the implementation of the agreed action plans;
Collaborating with process owners, data providers to understand the environment, related initiatives and develop appropriate, and procedures.
* Variance Analysis between Actual and Flexible Budge to evaluate the performance of every category according to the output.
* Take an immediate correction action for the unfavorable variances (Management by exceptions).
* Consult with issue owners as they complete comprehensive root cause analysis and remediation plans for issues identified. Develop written reports of findings.
* (I have a responsibility about preparing the budget and find the solutions to reduce the costing, Prepare and analysis budget on a profit center level for every category. such as (Tools, Plumbing, Furniture, Tiles, Bath, Lighting, Kitchens, Elevators & Doors/Windows) according to studied productivity.
* Partnering with report owners and data providers to understand the environment and related initiatives and develop appropriate and procedures.
* Keeping the performance on a line with the Budget), Controlling too in Abyat branch in KSA. (Dammam & Riyadh)
* Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
* Process P.O. matching invoices.
* Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
Process check requests .
* Audit and process credit card bills
* Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
* Respond to all vendor inquiries.
* Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Assist in month end closing.
* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
* Assist with other projects as needed.
* Posting all kind of expenses such as : (G&A, Selling) & follow up the prepaid & accrued expenses.
*Prepares account statements, reports, general ledger accounts with various registers; extracts general ledger information; compiles cost revenue reports, and balance sheets; reconciles bank statements.
* I have a responsibility about Preparing Costing Sheet about the Proofing Projects or Road Marking Projects, and anything Related to this Projects (All Double Entry, Preparing the Budgeting about the Costing, Quantity of Materials & Controlling It)
* Bank and suppliers reconciliation.
* Verifies customers balances and get a confirmation on balances.
* Aging Reports of Customers & Vendors
* Posting & follow up the prepaid and accrued expenses.
* Add or disposal Assets according to the business and posting all depreciation or amortization entries.
* Making All double entries which related to GL and adjusting entries.
* Prepare a trial balance after closing entries to the financial manager to prepare financial statements such (IS/FB&CF).
* Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as: funds received and disbursed; totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
* Verifies and review inventory balance on monthly bases.
