1- People management by conducting the regular daily meeting with all
heads of production, QC, RMs warehouse, FGs warehouse and maintenance
departments in factory.
2- Ensure that all factory departments are running in proper ways.
3- Implementing of new measuring instruments and machines to enhance the

13- Technical training courses for operation staff and sales team.

- Initiate the plan of product development project.
- Review all lab trials and test methods of modified and new launched products.
- Ensure the new developed products compliance with international standards.
- Support the technical issues for new developing products and operations.
- Preparation technical data sheet for new developed products.
- Helping in obtaining process technologies and equipment information for production.
- Maintain all documentation related to R&D manager as per ISO 9001-2008
- Evaluation the chemical, physical and performance of new supplied materials.
- Approval for new RMs.
- Improve current product formulations.
- Developing new products by establishing their specifications and procedures.
- Clear instructions for testing methods and procedures of new developing products
- Support plant batch trial for modified or new launched products.
- Train and develop the lab technicians on all lab procedures.
- Maintain all documentation related to R&D job description as per ISO 9001-2008.
- Maintain product quality standards of alkyd resin based on long, medium and short oil production.
- Production daily plan
- Order for resources to initiate the production process.
- Organised the workflow by monitoring the productivity rate and break down issues.
