process and operating engineer for five kilns (2 tunnel kilns - 3 shuttle kilns )
I am responsible for achieving firing curve by the kilns to firing ceramic pieces
so my duties are :
1- operating the five kilns at the optimum conditions to achieving a specific firing curve on the
pieces
2- prepare the optimum program for the shuttle kilns, this program contained the behaviors of
the kilns through the process such as ( ignition the burners - the pressure of each zones- the
time of each stage - open gates and dampers..)
3- check all part of the kiln like ( gas station - gas groups - fans (air - cooling - combustions)-
pressure of each zone - pusher (moving the car the cars
through kiln )- pusher cycle time - pressure dampers - burners - voltage - amber - heartez for
motors - gates ) I must shuck it and have a specification sheet for such measurements )
4- analysis lab data to determine the behavior of each zone in the kiln and make the proper
moderate for the kiln depended on this lab data
5- make a proper regulation for the gas servomotor groups to achieve the optimum air and gas
feed for each burner at the kiln
6- solve the fired pieces problems which related to the firing and define its reasons, this
problems such as ( over heated pieces - under heated - cooling daunt - heat crack )

Description: the company targets are to produce calcium carbonate with different sizes by size reduction
units from caco3 stones i am reasonable for operating the process equipment's, process management
setting the optimal process conditions for control the whole process
dealing with :
P.L.C, ball mill (operating, conditions and maintenance ), crushers, grinding mil, Classifiers, compressors
