Client: Ministry of Electricity and Water.Engineering, Procurement, Construction and seven years Operation and Maintenance of Combined Cycle Power Plant with capacity of 400MW having a 1, 155MUSD Contract.Alghanim is the Engineering Procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the project, Alstom is the Steam Turbine and generator suppliers, ABB is the supplier for the main electrical equipment and the DCS, USA Development Consultants Private Limited is the designers, Ministry of Electricity and Water is the owner and Parsons Brinckerhoff International Inc. is the consultant.Job title: Electrical and I&C Lead Engineer.Job Description: Electrical and I&C engineering and construction lead engineer having a team of 13 engineers.Managing and handling the E/I&C work, notification about the job as follows: • Building the electrical construction team.• Managing, coordinating, planning, design sharing and supervising electrical, instrumentation, control systems and process related engineering work.• Issuing BOQ's for all materials and tools.• Issuing RFQ's for all Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.• Attending all project progress meetings with the client.• Organizing all progress meetings between designer and main packages suppliers in country and abroad.• Building the project schedule and millstones.• Controlling and following document flow and approvals.• Applying cost control strategy for the Electrical and I&C Package.• Managing site activities and required coordination between all Packages.• Preparing training programs for new joined team members.• Assisting Project director in project overall planning.• Doing all required coordination with the owner in order to get all required approvals.• Issuing all claims and contractual correspondences.

- Over Head Transmission Lines and its Gantries.
