Diagnosing, handling, treating, prescribing medications and holding oral surgical operations for different types of patients that have oral and dental problems or disases that require surgical interference.
-Act as the key link between Sanofi and healthcare professionals through developing adequate professional relations with identified customers to help them identify cases where they can prescribe/ dispense/ use our products for the benefit of their customers.
-Communicate the product benefits to our potential customers prescribing/ dispensing/ using identified products.
-Strategically increase the awareness of sanofi products through continuous learning and sharing of latest information with health care providers specially KOLs.
-Maintain accurate customer lists and records through documenting, updating and analyzing customer data continously.
-Ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets in line with company values and beliefs; ensure the implementation of marketing & sales plans as well as use of territory/ product/ competitor knowledge.
-Prepare timely planning, feedback and sales documentation/ sales reporting to the direct manager as per request and prior agreement so as to ensure optimum territory coverage.
-Assist the direct manager in creating effective business plans for the assigned area through sharing knowledge and experience gained in the assigned field.
-Ensure compliant behaviour in correspondence to the company rules and regulations at any time.
-Share in supervising and coaching medical reps.
-Act as a field trainer for the newly hired medical representatives to help in their fast orientation with the company's products, territory management, selling and communication skills through on the job training and coaching and off the job training sessions held by me.
