(Truck, TRR, Public works and Forestry machinery, forklift, Crane, concrete plant, coated plant,
crusher…).
• Supervise and implement the fleet management system.
• Assist in the management of park personnel: Executive, technician, drivers, mechanics, etc. (Recruitment,
Training, supervision and evaluation).
• Assist in the choice of new equipment.
• Participate in making investment decisions.
• Technical expertise and diagnostics of broken down or damaged equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance of rolling stock.
• Diagnosis and final check after repair.
• Reform of equipment that no longer meets the need.
• Develop activity programs: repair planning (preventive and curative), rental of
gear.
• Follow up on interventions and coordinate with other services
• Monitor and control the performance indicators of the technical management of the rolling stock:
Technical ratios: fuel consumption, operating rate. maintenance availability.
Financial ratios: Profitability, operating costs, maintenance budget
• Centralize and validate maintenance budgets
• Training of fleet personnel: Engineers, technicians, mechanics, electricians, drivers,
