• It was 750 ton steel structure pipe bridges project: it was a factory for ABG Cements in Kutch, in which I prepare the checkered plate platform, workshop drawing for stairs and ladders.
• Also I prepared bolt list, bolt plan, assembly list & material list for many buildings in that factory.
• Material management of the steel structure of Water treatment plant. Handrail & stairs workshop drawing for the Mechanical
• Bulb Building, Chemical bulb building & Recovery boiler building Construction with erection and commissioning.
• Carry out site inspection on completed works with Electrical Coordinator & Consultant in accordance with the approved shop drawings.
• Perform works inspection with QA/QC, Electrical Coordinator and Consultant and preparation of Works Inspection Request (WIR) for approval.
• Evaluates monthly progress billing & progress reports.
• Execution of the project and materializing the purchase orders.
• I make a complete design for the grating of the recovery Boiler, which was 480 ton steel structure & 40 meter height. The grating weight was about 60 ton.
• Involved in site activities, customer co-ordination, Manpower management, Project schedule implementation.
• Planning Manpower resources with required tools, consumables.
• Planning the monthly and weekly Erection and commissioning schedule.
