Job Responsibilities:
• Part of the design, engineering, and main technical office team.
• Specialized in repairing and strengthening concrete, steel, heritage, and historical Buildings.
• Provide technical submittals and work methodologies for ongoing projects.
• Study the tenders and prepare the technical and financial proposals.
• Monitoring drawings and calculations in progress to ensure accuracy, conformance to codes, specifications, design criteria, and conformance to good engineering practice.
• Review and provide detailed structural calculations and drawings.

• Submit shop drawings and as-built drawings to the consultant for approval.
• Responsible for inspecting, analyzing, and modifying existing structures.
• Responsible for reviewing and providing structural assessment reports and strengthening drawings.
• Check, review, and solve the technical issues raised by the consultant or client.
• Review any work performed by the drafting team to ensure quality control.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel in the team.
• Review and provide construction specifications.
• Responsible for leading structural design team.

• Forecast trends anticipate potential problems and difficulties meeting milestones or budget.
• Review/provide structural analysis, modeling, design calculations, and drawings.
• To ensure that the structural drawings comply with relevant technical, professional, and group standards and international building codes.
• Review, approve, and process all structural technical submittals, method of statements, and structural workshop drawings submitted by the contractors.
