- Handle Materials, Reports Preparing, Maintain Stock Inventory.
- Prepare and submit the reports weekly and monthly basis.

•Staging Area Coordinator: -
- Managing and controlling Employees.
- Kuwait Shuaiba Port customs Documentation Clearing process.
- Monitor and follow-up all containers on order, container loading at warehouse and delivered to port, prepare and submit such reports to management on regular basis.
- Supervise the preparation of Site reports (Fuel and attendance) ensure timely submission of all such reports to F&A.
- Coordinate the customer’s phone calls.

• Ware house Supervisor: -
- Manage the employees under pressure situations.
- Follow up the Location of Materials loading correct boxes.
- Handling the time Management system.
