1- Preparing monthly financial statements including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, Cash flow. Including preparation of quarterly, semiannually & annually budgets.
2- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
3- Carrying out all types of Tax functions and issuing due reports to the tax
Authorities and to management.
4- Advising management regarding tax matters.
5- Handling VAT & General Tax Activity.
6- Representing the company vis-a-vis various Tax and governmental authorities
such as tax audits, grievance committees.
7- Setting up A complete organized Archiving system to make sure that
the company is continuously ready for tax audits.
8- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business unit and
Department.
9- Maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, account
Analysis, and reconciliation, closing books monthly and setting up new accounts.
10- Responsible for petty cash, AP and AR and banking activities.
12- Other projects as assigned.
