I'm an instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer with more that 13 years of experience in field of maintenance, I am assigned to work as a project engineer in RCM Workshop with SABIC NIGC
I was acting as an Intrument and control systems maintnance lead engineer at E-Styrenics " Egyptian Styrene and Polystyrene Production Company".
I am able to perform the required maintenance, installation and selection to the following:
- Flow Measurements: DP (diaphragm cell / impulse tube and annubar), Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Vortex, Mass Flow meters, Rota meters and FSs).
- Level Measurements: Guided wave radar, DP (diaphragm cell / impulse tube), Ultrasonic, Radioactive source, Displacer, Float type and LGs.
- Pressure Measurements: Hydrostatic (diaphragm cell / impulse tube), PGs and PSs.
- Instruments Vendors: Emerson Rosemount, YOKOGAWA, E+H, Krohne, ABB, and much more.
- Temperature Measurement: (RTDs, Thermocouples “All types” and Thermometers).
- Analytical Instrument: (pH meters, Conductivity meters, Turbidity Meters).
- DCS Honeywell PKS R500, R510, Yokogawa Centum CS3000 and SIEMENS PCS7.
- Valves: SDV, Solenoid & Control Valve (sliding and rotary types) - XOMOX Tufline, Flowserve, ROTEX.
- I2P Positioners: (Flowserve Logix3200MD Series, SIEMENS SIPART PS100 and SIPART PS2, ABB, Samson and Fisher FIELDVUE™ DVC6200 Series).
- Relcom Foundation Fieldbus System.
- Field communicator: Emerson 375, 475 and AMS Trex.
- Fluke loop calibrators and multifunction tester.
- Pressure calibrator and tester: Ge Druck DPI Series hand pumps.
- Sensors all types: (proximity inductive/capacitive and photo cell).
- Weight scales (belt scales, piston scales and platform scales).
- Fire and Gas Systems: Gas detectors (PointWatch, Catalytic, Point IR & Open Path), Flame Detectors (UV/IR and Multi-spectrum Infrared Detector IR3), Heat detectors and smoke detectors (photoelectric and ionization) - (Honeywell Fire Alarm System) and Deluge System.
- Vibration sensors (Axial, Radial and Key Phasor).
- Familiar with area classification, ATEX code and installation of instruments in hazardous areas.
I was responsible for testing the cause and effect instrumentation list and commissioning and issuing the calibration certificates and clearing the punch list of instruments of the whole instrumentation and control system of a new Three Phase Separator, provided by Expro for Oil and Gas services inside Khalda Petroleum, El-Razzak oil field.
Participated in supervising the instrumentation installation, calibration and maintenance jobs during the startup phase of the SEGAS LNG Plant, with my EMC Instrument Team.
I worked as an Instrumentation and control Engineer in Suez Company for Fertilizers Production S.C.F.P.
