Studying the project document including BOQ, Drawing and Specification.
Responsible for efficient and effective design of HVAC and firefighting work necessary for project.
Checking and preparation of Shop Drawings as per NFPA and ASHREA standards
Prepare quantity surveying and as-built drawings.
Prepare Material Submittals
Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.
Prepare and send technical and commercial offer to end users clients.
Cost estimation for Boq of MEP project with the corresponding submittals.
Introduce necessary RFQ and RFIs
Review the tender package.
Hold technical meeting with project consultant when needed.
Follow-up and review the shop drawings throughout the whole project and the as-built drawings.
Supervision the implementation of Firefighting Systems (Sprinklers-Suppression system).
Making QS and issue material requests and approve it by consultant
Follow up with technical office to organized purchase.
Hangover the tasks to consultant.
Coordination between structural architectural and MEP
