• Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the customer needs and company policy & procedures.
• Seek reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
• Supervise the process for foreign shipments clearance with customs authorities.
• Attend conferences and trade shows meetings with suppliers outside and inside Egypt.
• Source new products and alternative suppliers.
• Follow up suppliers' payment.
• Organize monthly reports/ action plan for each quarter.

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Review technical specifications for raw materials, components, and equipment.
• Investigate market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material and spare parts demand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, and facility schedulers.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with foreign and domestic suppliers.
• Manage the foreign purchasing section cost savings targets for the annual budget process.
• Follow up with advertisers to create campaigns for newspapers.
• Align with Sales team and the store managers to keep up to date on the trends and the needs of the stores when making buying decisions.
• Follow up suppliers' payment and update supplies database.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market changes, competitor prices, products, and past sales patterns to forecast future demand.
• Assist in controlling stock levels by varying delivery schedules or recommending clearance sales.
• Develop a strong positive rapport with all our vendors.
• Oversee all purchase orders, maintain regular follow up with all suppliers, and update supplies database.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy & procedures.
• Follow up exported and imported shipments through free zone or goods village.

• Monthly balance confirmation with vendors.
• Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation & in charge of banking operations.
• Issue checks for vendors.
• Control & follow up account receivables balances.
• Prepare sales invoice & follow up local customer collections.
• Review customer debit & credit notes.
• Assist in the entire internal audit process.
