• Change management control process through Trend Program, which is an integrated program to handle all the changes in scope, schedule and budget, starting from initiation stage till resolving stage.
• Labors productivity monitoring/reporting, in addition to equipment Idle Hours Reports to enhance utilization of project equipment.
• Analyzing material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process of monthly report.
• Coordinating/liaise with other project departments such as procurement, accounting, engineering and construction to establish common understanding and utilization of reporting process.
