Deal with Corporate to Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
-Handle our Client requests starting from the Training needs analysis until delivering the training programs
-Enhancing the experience of our clients in Learning process and providing them with evaluation and assessment for Trainees
-Advise Clients with the suitable training programs for each trainee to improve his work performance and to acquire new skills in his career
-Translate requirements into training's that will groom trainees for the next step of their career path
-Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Supervise western Region 10 Branches Appraisal
-Prepare (Branch Mangers-Sales Representatives-Merchandisers) KPI’S &Targets and Reporting to The Sales Gm and Vice president
-Tracking Sales Team Visits To the customers With GPS(fleet management)&Journey Plan and analyze the percentage of Success Visits and Fake Visits
-Training and coaching team members on selling techniques
Reporting to the Sales Gm Via (Sales Buzz -CRM-Oracle) systems
1-Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team
2-Totall Region Collections has been Done to each branch
3- Gaining a thorough understanding of every customers’ needs in order to offer them the best solution
4-Compare sales decrease to each product with the last year
5-Leading, directing and motivating the sales team
6-Retaintion program for the customers which stopped dealing with the company
7-follow up with customers with a phone call or visits
8- Promptly handling customer complaints.
9-Analyize the sales&acheivment of Last Year to present per month
10-Tracking The sales team Via journey Plan & Gps to make sure of the customer visits
