Managing Quality in Mostakbal Misr project “Phase I” to construct admin and residential building with annexes located on Aldabaa Axis Road with cost of 250 million EGP.
Project contains 4 zones, each zone includes Mess, Camp, Residential, Admin., Wards, Lectures and extension for some existing buildings.
Managing Quality in Great Cairo Metro project - Line4 - phase 1 - with a consortium includes three other grand contractors with cost of 66 Billion EGP.
Project contains 18 underground metro stations with tunnel between for length around 18 KM staring from Hadayek El Ashgar in Giza city district to Al Malek El Saleh district in Cairo city.

Managing the Quality in (KAP2 project: King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz project for ministry of interior facilities monitoring quality department in Mecca, Almadina Almonowara and Al Dammam zones).
Managing the Quality in (WHRAC project: Wadi Al-Hada Residential Compound in Riyadh - Luxury residential compound)
Leading Quality staff for Projects like: (Drugs enforcement, Traffic departments, Civil defense centers, Mujahedeen squads, Admin. Investigation, National security, Building’s security, Guard centers, security camps of Hajj & Omra forces and others).
- Utilize depth of experience in managing and overseeing these projects in KSA.
- Analyze data using data analytics tools using 7 quality tools and MINITAB
- Issuing & Insuring QMS in Sites as per Organization Quality Policy and as per contractual standards.
- Tracking, Extracting & Maintaining Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures under Scope of Contracts and relevant standards.
- Following up and Review QA/QC Status with Team (RFIs, MIRs, NCRs, RFINs, MR …).
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Reflect the Necessary Data lead to make decisions.
- Control & Revising of Concrete Mix Designs, Trial Mixes and Soil Reports with supportive QA/QC Tests.
- Review Materials Submittals under Scope of Project Specs.
- Attend/ discuss and reply Meetings related to projects parties and Subcontractors with the deep necessary investigation if required.
- Ensure coordination of the Quality Activities with Sites Quality Engineers.
- Conducting internal auditing under scope of contractual requirements including closing of findings.
- Preparing Management review reports for organization’s Top Management.
- Effective communication with third Parties and other Related Specialized Authorities.
- Awareness of universal standards like ASTM, ACI and others.
- Attending seminars and webinars like interested in Quality and ACI.
