My current job in Fong's are:
i) Taking care of 7 accounts or customers for any requirements by raising PO on raw local and overseas or buy parts for assembly.
ii)Plan raw materials for production in-house or to sub-contract to subcontract companies for manufacturing.
iii) Plan in-house assembly for assembly parts.
iv) Load raw materials to in house production and liaise with the production manager/supervisor on issues on available capacity, quality and also urgency on the requirements.
v) Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipment on all completed parts to the respective customers.
vi) Update on weekly and monthly plan revenue on shipments made and prepare a montly forecast on each customer shipment target.
Plan production as per customer requirement.
Liaise with production on manufacturing parts for shipment completion date and arrange shipment to local and overseas customers.
Organize daily production meeting on issues and update daily shipment in the operation meeting with sales, production, quality and logistics.
Arrange shipping assistant to ship completed parts to customers locally and overseas.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment revenues.
Prepare PTS report to customers on performance on KPI.
