• Responsible for the Eastern Hemisphere monthly flash including the main financial, industrial and commercial KPI’s of the region. Report delivered to the top management and CEO.
• Monthly controlling and reporting of 6 Business Units P&L and consolidation at Eastern Hemisphere level.
• Monthly preparation of comprehensive prices & gross margins analysis, isolating and explaining the variations’ causes (volume, customer & product mix, prices, costs).

• Preparation of P&L, cash flow and breakeven projections to analyze financial viability of projects under implementation.
• Preparation of various ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision of the management.

• Developed and implemented new tools, reports and KPI’s to improve the performance control of EH activities.
• Supported the managers & directors with their cost optimization, ensuring consistency in the cost allocation and triggering corrective actions.
• Supported high level decision makers with monthly preparation of comprehensive reports and analysis on how different activities were performing, highlighting and explaining variances.
• Developed and actively manage a sales & financial KPI’s dashboard hiding confidential figures while simultaneously showing trend of our businesses.
• Involved in budget and forecast processes and actively performed budget data upload into SAP.
• Monthly monitoring of actual stock, consumption and purchase of base oil and additives and analysing the discrepancies against forecast.

• Developed and implemented a fully automated standard quotation format for the sales department in order to eliminate bottle necks in the sales order process and ensure compliance with headquarter audit requirement.
• Prepared and consolidated financial statements of five entities for auditors.

• Led the change in the UAE & Qatar sales policy with a standard quotation template adopted and used by all the sales teams.
• Participated on creating a tool gathering information about raw material costs leading to reduction of deadline for management, higher transparency and better anticipation towards corrective actions.
