Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract, Reviewing
Provided Contract, ITT, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project, Make sure that the
Quotations comply with the Employer required and Provided Specifications, Draft and send Requests for
Quotations (RFQs) to sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure having different technical and financial
Proposals from all business partners, Responsible for issuing Purchase Orders, Responsible for issuing a
Weekly procurement payments report, Responsible for issuing a Weekly procurement follow up report
Prepare the BOQ to receive the Dry Cost unit rates, Breakdown BOQ items that
Will not be assigned to Subcontractors in order to properly price them, Prepare the Indirect Cost, Markup
And Profit required for the assigned works, Analysis all suppliers and subcontractors in order to select the
Most suitable supplier to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing, Negotiate with suppliers and
Subcontractors cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company,
Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and B.O.Q,
Reviewing Subcontractor’s submittals, reviewing contracts prepared for the Subcontractors, Studying the
Drawings to determine the material which the project need and start its procurement Procedures, Making
P.Os and P.Rs for Materials, follow up the supply of the material to site and its installation.
Prepare and review main contractor invoice, following up engineering
Submittals (shop- Drawings-materials and method Statements), Preparing daily and weekly and monthly
Progress Reports, communicate with Suppliers/sub-Contractors, Review the quantity surveying and
Quantity Take off from drawings and Specifications.
