• Designing, implementing, and overseeing IT Strategic plans and Infrastructure to make the organization's network capacity meet existing and future requirements.

• Providing support, including managing user calls, troubleshooting, and managing crises that may involve complex hardware or software problems, overseeing all helpdesk activities, interacting with Senior Managers, and providing a response promptly.
• Work efficiently, proactively, and in coordination with the organization's departments to implement, deliver, administrate, and monitor the latest technology and services.
• Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives, collaborating with Directors to set performance metrics and KPIs.
• Providing technical expertise in the procurement process of IT-related products.
• Competently managing a large IT Team efficiently to ensure adequate OLA and SLA are met.
• Defining, planning, and executing Backup, Disaster Recovery plans, and Business Continuity strategies for the infrastructure.
• Accountable for the infrastructure budget, IT budget, CAPEX, OPEX, TCO, ROI, and ensuring that all activities are carried out within the same.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the organization's on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, and access rights to the company applications and services for the organization's end users across GCC.
• Providing and documenting weekly and monthly reports within the IT Infrastructure, conducting research, and recommending improvements, Policies, Governance, Procedures, and Standards.
