Working in Defect Liability Period, snag list preparing for the Apartments handover. And snag
list for entire MEP systems before take the handover from Main contractor.
* Preparing the Notification letter. And deduct the amount from retention.
* Prepared the Defect Liability Period budget.
* Handover the MEP systems to FM after the DLP.
* Review and ensure the as build drawing & Operation Manual.
* Follow up with outstanding work with Main contractors.
* Follow up day to day complaint from clients.
Achievement: Pre opening 14 Buildings.
Maintain schedules, logs documentations and administration for efficient and concise record
keeping.
* Enforced regulatory controls, facility inspections and process management in conjunction with
regulatory agencies safety inspection organizations and in accordance with standard best
practices.
* Lead the Engineering team for day-to -day engineering and Maintenance operations of the
hotel including services standards.
* Conducted weekly walk through inspections to accomplish weekly reports for General
Manager and hotel staff updated the PPM.
* Owned comprehensive energy conservation program for facilities focusing on future
improvements
* Follow up daily works
* Update the swimming pool water reports and send to Dubai Municipality website.
Achievements:
* 94 guest rooms were renovated making sure it was not affecting the operations.

03 Restaurants were renovated and same time soundproofing job was also completed.
Hotel (UAE)
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Engineering team for day-to -day engineering and Maintenance operations of the
hotel including services standards.
* Conducted weekly walk through inspections to accomplish weekly reports for General
Manager and hotel staff updated the PPM.
