•Participated in the timely development Performed drafting work updatingPFD’s, P&IDs and general arrangement drawings.
•Review Proposal and Project PFD’s, P&ID’s and preparation of data sheet

•Planned downtime, maintenance and develop and verify of man-hour estimates.
•Responsible for hiring suitable candidate for the process team & recommend to H.R. Train newly joined employee.
Key Responsibilities:
•Reporting of plant operating parameters to Site Manager and C.O.E.
•Performed laboratory analysis for D.O demand, settleable solids, suspended solids, conductivity, pH, TDS, TSS, turbidity.
•Monitoring of the plant operation and operating parameters so as to ensure the plant health is maintained at high levels of product water quality and plant operating efficiencies.
•Analyzed samples of raw and treated wastewater, sludge, and other byproducts of wastewater treatment process to define the efficiency of plant processes to make sure that plant effluent meets water pollution control requirements, using lab equipment.
•Conduct performance management of all subordinates and develop their full potential.
•Handled B.O.D and C.O.D, Calibrates, adjust and makes minor repairs to laboratory equipment and instruments.
•Performed other duties as required, including occasional operating, testing, maintenance and repair task.

•Prepared, upon receiving instructions, equipment for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities such as manual isolation, de-pressurization, draining, washing and air purging for free from any hazardous materials. Follows-up maintenance work in his area to ensure that jobs are progressing and work permit conditions are being adhered to.
•Pre-commission and commission equipment after completion of maintenance work, participated and monitored equipment during the trials.
•Participated in safety, health and environmental programs, and works in a Safety manner by using proper PPE’s at all times.
