• Coordinating all activities of Personnel Engaged
• Coordinating department Requisitions for Recruitment of Employees
• Ensuring hotel's Compliance With Labour Laws. Attends to all Labour Requirements, Coordinate with retained Law office Regarding Labour Inspection and other Cases brought before Government agencies and Courts

• Participating in Choosing new Candidates - Interviewing. Conducting reference Checks. before forwarding them to Department Head
• Ensuring Maintenance and update of Employee files. records. Legal Documents, Policies and Procedures and other Personnel issues

• Compiling the H.R Reports Required Such as Monthly Reports, Turnover Reports - Termination Analysis, etc
• Supervising for the Staff Housing and Cafeteria ( the Housing Organization Chart, the Housing Cleanliness, The Cafeteria Menus the Cafeteria Cleanliness )
• Comparing Monthly Payroll With The Finance Department to ensure Budget is well Kept
• Conducting Exit Interviews with the Resigned and Terminated Employees.
